Position Summary

A Software/QA Tester ensures software quality by designing, executing, and documenting manual or automated tests to detect defects before release. Key responsibilities include analyzing specifications, collaborating with developers to resolve bugs, and performing functional/regression testing to meet user requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Test Strategy & Design: Review requirements to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

  • Execution: Perform manual, automation, functional, and regression testing on software applications.

  • Defect Tracking: Identify, log, and verify bug fixes using tools like Jira or similar bug-tracking software.

  • Collaboration: Work with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and fix issues, ensuring a smooth software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Documentation: Create reports detailing testing phases, results, and product quality metrics

About You

  • A demonstrated sales background, with a minimum of 2 years in a coaching role

  • Demonstrated ability to drive team performance within a customer-centric sales environment

  • Available to work remote flexible work shifts

  • Proven track record to coach and motivate a team

  • Impressive presentation, time management, and interpersonal skills
