  • AI-powered features including Tensor Bots (AI-powered bots) and content synthesis

3. User Accounts

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

5.1 AI-Generated Content and Tensor Bots

Tensor Bots (AI-Powered Bots)

TensorHQ includes AI-powered bots called "Tensor Bots" that participate in discussions and provide responses. These bots:

  • Are clearly identified with a "Bot" badge on their profiles
  • May respond to knowledge base questions
  • May accept connection requests and respond to direct messages
  • Generate responses using artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude)

By interacting with Tensor Bots, you acknowledge that their responses are machine-generated and may not always be accurate. You should verify important information independently.

AI Content Synthesis

Our Knowledge Base uses AI to synthesize and summarize community answers. AI-synthesized content:

  • Is generated from multiple community responses
  • May be marked or indicated as AI-generated
  • Should be verified before use in critical applications
  • Does not replace professional advice

Newsletter and Blog Content

Some content in our newsletter (The Tensor) and blog may be AI-assisted or AI-generated. This includes:

  • News summaries and quick hits
  • Content curation from external sources
  • Some blog posts (clearly marked when fully AI-generated)

We review AI-generated content for accuracy, but you should verify information before relying on it for important decisions.

5.2 Knowledge Base Terms

When using our Knowledge Base, you agree to:

  • Ask genuine questions seeking helpful answers
  • Provide accurate and helpful answers when responding
  • Use the voting system honestly to highlight useful content
  • Not post spam, promotional content, or off-topic material
  • Accept that your answers may be used in AI-synthesized summaries

Content License: By posting questions or answers, you grant TensorHQ a license to use, display, synthesize, and create derivative works from your content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

5.3 Networking and Messaging Terms

When using our networking features, you agree to:

  • Send connection requests only to people you have a legitimate reason to connect with
  • Not spam users with unsolicited messages or sales pitches
  • Keep direct messages professional and respectful
  • Not use automation tools to mass-send connection requests or messages
  • Respect users who decline connections or do not respond

Vouches and Endorsements

Vouches are public endorsements visible on user profiles. By giving a vouch, you represent that:

  • You have genuine professional experience with the person
  • Your endorsement is honest and accurate
  • You are not receiving compensation for the vouch

We reserve the right to remove vouches that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.

Message Retention

Direct messages are retained for the duration of your account. You can delete individual conversations from your account. Deleted messages may be retained in backups for up to 30 days.

5.4 Blog Terms

Comments

When commenting on blog posts, you agree to:

  • Keep comments relevant to the post topic
  • Not post spam, promotional content, or personal attacks
  • Accept that comments may be moderated or removed

Comment Moderation

We moderate comments to maintain a constructive environment. Comments may be removed if they:

  • Contain spam or excessive self-promotion
  • Include personal attacks or harassment
  • Are off-topic or disruptive
  • Violate any other terms of service

Repeated violations may result in a commenting ban or account suspension.

6. Job Board Terms

For Employers

  • Job listings must be for legitimate positions
  • Listings must accurately describe the role and requirements
  • You may not discriminate against applicants
  • Payment-related jobs must comply with applicable employment laws

For Job Seekers

  • Apply only for positions you are genuinely interested in
  • Provide accurate information in your applications

7. Marketplace Terms

For Sellers

  • You must accurately represent your services and capabilities
  • You must deliver work as described and within agreed timeframes
  • You are responsible for the quality of your work
  • You must respond to client communications in a timely manner
  • You agree to our fee structure (platform takes 10-15% of transactions)

For Buyers

  • You must provide clear requirements for your projects
  • You must pay for services as agreed
  • You must communicate respectfully with sellers
  • Disputes should first be resolved directly with the seller

Transactions

  • All payments are processed through our secure payment system
  • Funds are released to sellers upon successful delivery and buyer acceptance
  • Refunds and disputes are handled according to our dispute resolution process
  • We are not responsible for the quality of work delivered by sellers

Prohibited Services

The following services are prohibited on our marketplace:

  • Anything illegal or fraudulent
  • Services designed to deceive or harm others
  • Academic fraud (writing assignments for others to submit as their own)
  • Creating malware or hacking tools
  • Services that violate third-party terms of service

8. Intellectual Property

Our Content

TensorHQ and its content (excluding user content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Trademarks

"TensorHQ" and our logo are trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.

9. The Tensor

By subscribing to The Tensor, you consent to receive periodic emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Service Availability

11. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
